Our "Wine List" has been curated and ordered on the basis of wines from the best Italian wineries, in particular, ample space to our region, Apulia.

The decision to propose almost exclusively red wines is due to the easy pairing with our cuisine. Wine tasting is an art. To properly taste a wine, you must measure the intensity of three organoleptic properties, i.e. consistency, balance and integrity. The quality of wine is the pleasantness of its flavour, i.e. its fruitiness. So a wine that is pleasant must truly recall the taste of the composite fruit of the grape.
